For those who are looking for the opportunity to move around gently and to have fun my TaoFit program will give you the opportunity to relieve stress and re-energize.

  

TaoFit is a large array of traditional health-preserving sports techniques involving elements of Taichi & Qigong, Bailongball & Meditation. You will stretch, work joints and be involved with breathing exercises.

 

Taofit is a dance and game-based sport where you move while balancing a ball on a specialized racket. During sessions, you perform smooth, rounded movements similar to a slow dance. These classes help maintain posture, restore joint mobility, prevent viral and cardiovascular conditions, balance your emotional state, and boost concentration.

The fluidity, lightness, aesthetics, and harmony of movement create a unique atmosphere that inspires you to stay active, grow, and enjoy every moment.
